Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is conducted by DTE in online (CBT) mode for the candidates to take admission in various colleges in Maharashtra in their B.Tech, B.Pharm, LLB, MBA, etc, programmes. Candidates who are eligible as per the criteria determined by the exam conducting authority can fill the application form in online mode as announced by the authorities. The selected candidates in the online examination are further called for the process of counselling where they are allotted college according to their preferences and marks scored in the entrance examination of MAHA CET.
It is very important for all the candidates to meet the eligibility criteria determined by the exam conducting authority to appear in the MHT CET examination. MHT CET 2019 eligibility criteria is determined taking into consideration, the different categories, home state candidates and candidates belonging to states outside Maharashtra. MHT CET 2019 eligibility criteria includes eligibility related to age, marks scored by the students in the qualifying exam, number of attempts etc.
Candidates of general category must score at least 50% marks in class 12 or in any equivalent exam with Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics whereas reserved category students (SC/ST/OBC) must score minimum of 45% in class 12th.
MAHA CET MHT-CET
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Must have passed Higher Secondary with Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the subjects among Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical and Vocational subjects.
The minimum marks scored by the candidates together in Higher Secondary and MHT CET 2019 must be atleast 50% in case of general candidates and 45% in case of backward class, PDW and candidates of Maharashtra only.
Candidates who hold a diploma degree in Engineering and Technology with atleast 50% marks (general) and 45% in case of BC, PWD candidates, and candidates belonging to Maharashtra state only.
Have passed B.Sc with not less than 50% marks for general and 45% for BC, PWD and Maharashtra state candidates.
MAHA CET MAH-LL.B (5 years) CET
Candidates who wish to appear for the entrance exam of MHT CET 5 – years LLB program must be a citizen of India.
Candidates must have passed their 12th standard.
The minimum marks scored by the candidates in their 12th standard must not be less than 45%.
Age: There is no upper age limit determined by the admission authority for MHT CET 5 – years LLB entrance test.
MAHA CET MAH-LL.B (3 years) CET
Candidates applying for MHT CET 3 – years LLB program must be a citizen of India.
The minimum marks obtained by the candidates in their graduations must be equal to or more than 45%.
Age: No upper age limit.
MAHA CET MAH-AAC CET
Candidates must be Indian
Must have passed HSC with Chemistry and Physics as compulsory subjects along with any one from maths or Biotechnology or Biology.
Candidates must have scored 50% for general and 45% for BC, PWD and Maharshtra state candidates together in HSC And MHT CET 2019.
MAHA CET MAH-B.HMCT CET
Candidates who wish to apply for MH CET HM 2019 must check the eligibility criteria to fill the application form:
Candidates must be of Indian origin
All the candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university. Candidates who have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology can also apply.
Sponsored candidates – At least 2 years of full time work experience is required in an industry/registered firm or company.
MAHA CET MAH-MBA/MMS CET
Eligibility Criteria
MAH CET MBA eligibility criteria are given below. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before filling MAH CET MBA application form.
Qualification
Candidates must be a graduate in any discipline from Universities recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) and Association of Indian Universities (AIU)
Qualifying marks
The minimum percentage requirement in graduation is 50 percent while it is 45 percent for candidates belonging to backward categories and Persons with Disability of Maharashtra State Only.
Final year degree candidates who have appeared for the exam can also apply.
MAHA CET MAH-MCA CET
Candidates must be citizens of India.
All candidates who are applying for MHT CET MCA must hold a graduation degree from a recognized university with not less than 50% marks for the general category candidates and 45% for the candidates belonging to BC and PWD candidates of Maharashtra state only.
Must have studied Mathematics in standard 12 or in graduations.
All those candidates who are in the final year of their graduations can also apply for the entrance test of MHT CET MCA 2019.
